Terms & Conditions

Processing and Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. Orders will be dispatched to the address provided at check out. Once dispatched, we cannot predict delivery or be accountable for courier delays. We keep all proof of postage. 

Please ensure correct postage is selected at check out. If the incorrect postage option is selected at check out, you will be contacted for the outstanding balance.  If this is not paid within 3 working days, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Refunds take place within 10 working days from restock date.

Refunds

We hope that you are delighted with every order, but if you experience a problem with an order received, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will only be issued for defective products. These will need to be returned to ourselves and undergo testing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if something is not to your taste.  If there are items missing from your order, please contact us immediately.

EnchantScents are collecting data to keep on file for future information regarding orders.

Name, full address, contact number, email address.

The customer has given clear consent to process their personal data for a specific purpose.

Our courier will have information shared for the purpose of the customer receiving their order.

The personal information given will be used only for the purpose of the customer receiving their order. Information is stored in a file on our website, and is only made available to EnchantScents.

 

How long will the data be stored for?
The data will be stored safely on file until the individual requests it to be removed. 

 

What rights does the data subject have?
Individuals have the right to be informed about the collection and use of their personal data.
Individuals have the right to access their personal data.
Individuals have a right to have personal data erased.
Individuals have an absolute right to stop their data being used for direct marketing.

 

How can the data subject raise a complaint?

By consenting to this privacy notice you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified.
Consent is required for EnchantScents to process all types of personal data, but it must be explicitly given.
Where we are asking you for sensitive personal data we will always tell you why and how the information will be used.
You may withdraw consent at any time by following EnchantScents ‘right to be forgotten’ procedure (details given above).

DISCLOSURE-
EnchantScents will not pass on your personal data to third parties without your consent. A courier will receive your personal data which includes your- name and full address. These details are given to the courier for the purpose of delivering your order to you.
